Silicon Carbide, which main raw materials are silica sand, petroleum coke(or coal char) and saw dust. It's produced by resistance furnace after high-temperature calcination. It has stable chemical properties, high heat conductivity coefficient, small coefficient of thermal expansion and good wear-resisting property.
Silicon Carbide are mainly used in four areas, which include functional ceramics, senior refractory materials, abrasives and metallurgical raw materials. Using this product can save energy, raise efficiency, decrease consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, reduce environment pollution.
